How fast do quotes come back?
Standard air and road files are answered within one business day. Complex project or OOG cargo may need a short survey before we commit a rate.
Can I track without logging in?
Yes. Use the tracking number on the Track page. Shareable links keep the same reference in the URL.
Do you clear customs in both Kenya and Uganda?
Yes. Nairobi handles KRA entries and Mombasa port files. Kampala handles URA and northern corridor transit.
Do you handle dangerous goods?
Yes, when they are declared. That includes aviation paints and aerosols, CAO gases, lithium batteries and limited-quantity cosmetics. Undeclared DG is refused.
Where do you ship from?
Partner agents collect in India, USA, UK, China, Spain, Norway, South Africa, Nigeria, South Korea, Japan, Ghana, UAE, Singapore, Israel, Canada, France, Germany, Italy and across East Africa. Owned offices are in Kenya (2017) and Uganda (2026).
How do I apply for a job?
Open the Careers page, pick a role and office, and upload a PDF or Word CV. Applications are stored for people operations to review.
How do I pay?
Corporate accounts invoice on agreed terms. New shippers may be asked for a deposit before we book space.
Is warehousing available in Kampala?
Short-term and bonded options can be arranged around Kampala and Entebbe. Ask on the quote form and select warehousing as the mode.
Do you cover last mile in Kampala?
Yes. Appointment delivery and POD photos are available on request from the Uganda desk.
