Website quotes are invitations to treat, not binding contracts, until CIEN issues a written confirmation. Freight moves under our standard trading conditions and any bill of lading, air waybill or road consignment note issued for the shipment.

Tracking information is provided in good faith and may lag events on the ground. Customs, weather, security and third-party terminals can change transit without notice.

Sample tracking numbers on this site are demonstration files. Do not use them as evidence of a live commercial shipment.
